Responsibility
- provide strategic advice and counsel to the Leadership Team and other key senior stakeholders on internal communications
- listen to and understand what matters to our people, measuring the effectiveness of our communications and internal campaigns
- develop an internal communications strategy that explains the story to our client’s employees, gaining senior buy-in and ensuring alignment with Market Unit and Group communications
- develop and maintain an internal communications plan incorporating a prioritised list of activities, ensuring delivery of all key messages and support for business objectives, and a coherent narrative
- build on and manage existing internal communication channels and explore new and innovative communications methods that respond to feedback and drive engagement across our hard-to-reach frontline teams
