the Hours of this Role is Monday – Friday 09.00am -17.00pm
salary is negotiable depending on experience, will be spoken about upon interview stage. POA
the ideal candidate should be easy going with great communication skills and excellent IT skills, you should have a ‘CAN-DO’ attitude and the skills to lead and motivate others
the primary role of this job is being responsible for allocating care calls to our vulnerable services users across the Town. This involves liaising with Care Staff to uphold continuity to our Service Users where possible
you will be liaising with staff, Family members, GPs, district nurses and Hospitals for admissions and discharges. Good Communication and organisational skills is KEY for this position and being able to work under stress and pressure is a must
supply chain: 2 years
you will need to be a good listener, be patient, good with keeping communication within our team of carers to ensure that all care calls are upheld, you will also work closely with our management team to ensure all visits are scheduled in according to requirements
