LOUNGE BAR AND RESTAURANT is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

Responsibility

  • develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the restaurant and lounge
  • develop ways to improve services for event nights and private parties
  • hire, train, and manage all restaurant staff, including bartenders and servers
  • manage inventory and ensure that all supplies and ingredients are ordered and stocked appropriately
  • create and update the restaurant menu, ensuring that it is appealing and profitable
  • work with the general manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales
  • analyse sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times

Requirements

  • proven experience as a restaurant/Bar Manager in a similar setting
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of Restaurant software for stock and POS management
  • familiarity with alcohol regulations and safety procedures
  • restaurant/Bar management: 3 years
