- key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agent
- maximize the opportunity for viewings, lets and market appraisals
- day to day property maintenance issues
- ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
- recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
- assisting the Property Manager
- invoicing management and processing
- obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
- managing the process relating to insurance claims
- arranging gas safety certificates and EPCs
