Responsibility

  • overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic decisions relating to the playground and related services
  • provide strong leadership for the team and strategic oversight for Grove Adventure
  • support the development and integration of the SEND programme
  • initiate new opportunities and services which benefit children and families in our community
  • work closely with the Play Lead to design, develop, co-ordinate and manage the play team, programmes, activities and services for local children and their families
  • manage the playground’s budgets and finances working closely with LJAG’s Treasurer
