Responsibility
- JOB TITLE Concierge – Supported Housing
- 24 hours per week Saturday & Sunday. 8am to 8.30pm
- to undertake room health and safety checks on a regular basis throughout the shift as required
- REPORTS TO Service Lead – Supported Housing
- to manage emergency situations as they arise and to offer information, guidance to residents and provide emergency cover as needed
- to assist residents to manage any crises, emergencies or difficulties that may arise out of hours
- comply with Lotus Housing’s Housing Management, Safeguarding, Complaints, Lone Working, GDPR, confidentiality and H&S Policies
- to maintain accurate records and ensure that all records are updated relating to your service
