Responsibility
- ensure accurate, concise records are maintained in relation to ensure a safe service delivery
- to develop and maintain effective relationship with external agencies to ensure services are delivered effectively
- manage the day to day running of the domiciliary care service and supported living, ensuring standards of care and schedule of visits to clients are maintained, in line with CQC standards
- take responsibility for identifying and resolving non-compliance
- provide out of hours emergency assistance participating in the on-call rota
- lead and develop your team, to ensure care and support plans and rotas are maintained and ensure staff are fully aware of their role and take appropriate action to remedy any unsatisfactory performance
- support Registered Manager with effective management of care and support packages, from referral through to assessment, support planning and ongoing mentoring and review
- support Registered Manager with safeguarding of all clients through adherence to relevant legislation, procedures and codes of practice relating to care, health and safety
