  • lotus Foster Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join a growing fostering agency based in Croydon. The role will require you to provide support and supervision to foster carers and children across Greater London and surrounding areas
  • to maintain a child-centered approach
  • ideally, you will have a background as a Supervising Social Worker within an Independent Fostering Agency or be prepared to demonstrate transferable skills and experience
  • are passionate and want to actively contribute to the growth and development of the Fostering service
  • in this role, you will support the organisation in ensuring that the service is run in line with legislation and good practice
  • have experience and can demonstrate evidence of identifying the needs of young people
