  • answering customer queries, requests and feeding back to customers
  • ensure all customer data is kept up-to-date
  • order Processing – Processing orders through the multiple systems
  • product Knowledge – Understand a large range of products and liaising with suppliers
  • booking in shipments on courier platforms
  • maintaining online stock systems

Requirements

  • customer service experience
  • keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • brilliant communication skills
  • dynamic and willing to take on a very varied role
  • the position will require you to work 5 days a week, 8am-12pm
  • opportunity for overtime and weekend shifts
