  • you will be the go-to person to provide business-focused, practical contract support and advice
  • what you'll do
  • establish and implement core contractual terms, analyse and identify the legal risks and implications of key business contracts
  • provide oversight and management of key contracts
  • prepare, revise and finalise contracts and other legal agreements
  • reporting to the CFO, you will provide support to the executive and management team across the business, overseeing all aspects of the company’s contractual arrangements and obligations
  • you will be responsible for establishing and implementing core contractual terms for the business and ensuring compliance with governance requirements and legislative developments
