- to ensure, promote and maintain a high standard of performance
- to aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction whilst assuring the achievement of profitability targets
- to ensure all Maintenance repairs, renewals and fittings are managed within your monthly budget
- to instigate an environment of regular cost reductions with initiatives aiming to maximise profits whilst maintaining service standards
- to ensure ordering procedures and systems are followed and completed in an accurate and timely manner
- to complete a public area walk and action any immediate maintenance requirements
- to support the Regional Manager in ensuring that all health and safety aspects of the business are adhered to, so as to ensure the safety, security and welfare of customers, employees, colleagues and business assets at all times, in line with the Company’s Health & Safety and Food policies & procedures
- to check the work log and complete as required
