Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- manage inventory and ordering of bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes
- train and supervise bartenders and other bar staff
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with the kitchen to coordinate food and beverage service
- handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- familiarity with inventory management systems
- supervising experience: 2 years
- bartending: 2 years
