Responsibility

  • to ensure and be able to demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001 and customer specific standards
  • responsible for ensuring Quality compliance and delivering Quality system improvement
  • actively contribute and participate in the maintenance of the Quality Management System and associated documentation
  • define and drive forward continuous improvement programme
  • monitoring and management of all company and customer quality matrices
  • support the hosting and management of client and quality body audits
  • drive internal audit processes, pro-actively challenge and question the existing practices to confirm compliance with relevant industry standards
  • take ownership of investigations into and resolution of supplier, internal and customer non-conformances as well as audit findings and completing 8D reporting
