Responsibility

  • provide personal care to individuals
  • support individuals in line with their person-centred plans
  • support individuals in the day-to-day tasks involved in ordinary living
  • administer medication
  • raise any safeguarding concerns regarding the individual
  • enable individuals to gain and maintain independence
  • support with individuals’ finances
  • take individuals to social activities

Requirements

  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • committed to and passionate about supporting and developing others
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • has a person-centred approach, seeing people as people, irrespective of disability
  • ability to prioritise actions to achieve goals set
  • have a clear desire and commitment to working to company values openly and honestly
  • understanding of the Mental Health Act 2007
