- the earliest start time is 8am, and the latest finish time is 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times
- position available for immediate start
- you will be on a permanent 40 hour contract, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required
- location: On Site - Longleat
Responsibility
- contribute to the creation of departmental budgets and effectively manage them throughout the year to ensure effective use of resources and deliver income targets
- ensure the smooth delivery of the guest feedback procedures, arrivals process and support of membership sales
- to act as site Duty Manager as required on an agreed rota
- line management responsibility for team members, conducting performance reviews and providing support to employees
- manage the recruitment, induction, and appraisals of team members
