Responsibility
manage all aspects of the bar and restautant operations, including staff management, inventory control and budgeting
create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for staff
develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
monitor and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
hire, train and manage staff, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching as needed
develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business
ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, responding to customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints
Requirements
minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of management experience
strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of motivating and managing staff to achieve excellent results
excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers
strong problem solving and decision making skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, staff and vendors
ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
