Responsibility
- manage all aspects of the bar and restautant operations, including staff management, inventory control and budgeting
- create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for staff
- develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- monitor and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- hire, train and manage staff, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching as needed
- develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business
- ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, responding to customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of management experience
- strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of motivating and managing staff to achieve excellent results
- excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers
- strong problem solving and decision making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, staff and vendors
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
