Requirements
previous sales experience preferred
strong organisation and self-motivation, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
professional approach to client interaction and deadlines to build trust and forge good relationships
understand the difference between independent clients and agency clients, and manage relationships accordingly
high level of interpersonal skills, confidence in negotiating, and strong commercial awareness
be able to execute the entire sales process from initial contact through to closure
managing revenue streams and pipelines in both the short and long term, to keep a steady revenue flow
meeting and exceeding targets through repeat business, upselling to clients, and expanding into new markets
