Responsibility

  • the LSO is seeking a motivated Human Resources Administrator to provide support to the LSO’s people function and the wider Finance and Resources team
  • location
  • the Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for delivering a high level of administration throughout the employee’s lifecycle, working closely with the Human Resources Manager on all aspects including recruitment, induction, retention, and succession planning
  • this is a key role in further developing a people function that will allow an inclusive and welcoming environment in which musicians and employees from all backgrounds can thrive
  • the Human Resources Administrator will be an important member of the Finance and Resources function, allowing the people function to further develop across the organisation
  • 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Some additional evenings and weekends may be required at LSO concerts, with a time-off-in-lieu policy in place
