conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, introducing them to our solar products and services
engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs and explain how our solar solutions can benefit them
effectively articulate the value proposition of our solar products, highlighting cost-saving benefits, environmental advantages, and potential incentives
handle objections and concerns with professionalism and use persuasive techniques to encourage customer interest and set up appointments
book qualified appointments for our solar consultants to conduct in-home or virtual consultations
maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system
collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and follow up on marketing campaigns
stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries
Requirements
proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or outbound call center roles is preferred
knowledge of solar energy products and services, as well as the renewable energy industry, is a plus
excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and convert leads into appointments
goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress
outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
flexibility to adapt to changing processes, strategies, and market trends
