- develop new features and optimisations to improve the performance of the platform
- collaborate with the team to prioritise projects
- perform regular performance optimisation to keep the platform fast and responsive
- provide technical support for our ecommerce platform and resolve any issues reported by the team in a timely manner
- regularly update the platform and plugins to ensure security and functionality
- test updates for compatibility and resolve any issues that arise
- provide comprehensive documentation of all changes made to the platform
- providing technical support to the business as needed
- strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- A passion for developing polished and compelling UI/UX experiences
- knowledge of AWS EC2 and RDS
- ability to write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- experience with Agile development methodologies
- familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
