Requirements
- experience in working at an arts or community-led organisation desirable
- skills in carpentry and/or IT desirable
- operations management: 3 years
- must be reliable, resourceful and able to work with a diversity of people, including resolving conflict and disagreements in a professional manner
Responsibility
- to manage room bookings and co-working membership , and help the Director and trustees with setting up this service
- in the role of the organisations health and safety officer, to maintain health and safety records to make sure we fulfil all legal obligations and carry out actions as required, including hazard reporting, risk assessments, fire safety and training arrangements for first aid/fire marshal duty
- to act as a safeguarding officer and oversight to ensure users have fulfil their safeguarding obligations
