Responsibility
- alongside our F&B Management you will assist with the smooth operational running of the bar during service
- have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them
- be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice
- encourage and support your team to focus on revenue growth and upselling opportunities that enhance our guest’s experiences
- manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor and behind the bar during shifts
- to assist with and input into the drink’s menu creation; ensuring the offering is always relevant and innovative
- to support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome
- to offer continued support, training and development to your team and to work collaboratively with them also
Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience in a Bar Management role
- experience within a premium/luxury F&B setting
