to accurately register guests into the hotel, as well as check guests out of the hotel
to efficiently respond to any guest enquiries and by communicating effectively to colleagues and superiors
provide excellent customer service by ensuring that guests’ first impressions are of a courteous and professional Reception team
to process non-arrival reservations, researching the booking to make sure it is accurate in all respect
to be fully cognisant with the hotel computer system and apply the knowledge in the most appropriate manner according to the guest requirements
to have full knowledge of Hotel room rates and policies as applied to guest, and to actively earn revenue for the hotel
to be familiar with the Hotel door key system, to issue accurately to guests, ensuring keys are cancelled where necessary; and to liaise with Security if guests have problems when accessing rooms
