Responsibility
- assist with employee relations issues, advising and guiding line managers on the appropriate actions
- support business unit with the recruitment of operational staff, including job advertisements, candidate screening, right to work compliance and onboarding
- act as a note taker in formal meetings as and when required
- co-ordinate occupational health referrals and conduct employment and absence review meetings when required
- complete end-to-end monthly payroll including RTI submission
- process statutory payment calculations including SSP, SMP, SPP
- co-ordinate pension scheme enrolment and monthly submissions
- maintain personnel records on internal HRIS
