Responsibility
- repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems and equipment in homes and businesses
- read blueprints and other plans to determine mechanical layout of plumbing system
- repair faulty plumbing systems and equipment in homes and businesses
- you will provide a high quality and efficient maintenance service within the regional domestic and social housing market
- repair leaking pipes and fixtures
- for example, installation/repair and replacement of taps/ toilets/bathtubs/sinks etc
- explain plumbing systems to customers
- to ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately on PDA device
Requirements
- minimum Qualification - NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
- you have a full Manual UK driving license
- experience in reactive repairs in domestic properties
- you will need to supply your own basic hand tools
