Responsibility

  • assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • prepare and send sales quotes and proposals to clients
  • prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • coordinate sales meetings and appointments
  • assist with the preparation of sales contracts and agreements
  • maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales pipeline updates
  • maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed
