Responsibility
- oversee advertising department operations and staff members
- responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and activities on the jobs of advertising
- play an integral role in the formation of advertising solutions, focused on addressable advertising surfaced via different platforms assets
- work with staff members, clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines
- collaborate with clients and advertising staff to establish project objectives, delegate tasks, direct research
- evaluate all advertising projects of the company, from planning to execution, to ensure they meet the client's expectations
- collect and analyze data and presenting it to other parties, including management and clients
- provide expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services
Requirements
- demonstrates advanced communicating and organising knowledge in multimedia industry
- strong enthusiasm in working in the advertising industry, and competent knowledge of the relative fields
- organizational and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS, Nvivo, etc
- ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments
- exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams
- marketing: 1 year
- being comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
- ability to speak and write a second language is plus
