Responsibility

purchase of equipment by obtaining quotes in accordance with the financial regulations of Regent College
issue equipment to staff and students, using the School’s resource management system
regular calibration checks and maintenance of equipment in laboratories
setting up equipment and materials in preparation for classes and demonstrate the use of a range of equipment
purchase necessary materials and consumables in preparation for classes
ensure that all risk assessment activities and records are up to date
liaise with team leader to organise regular service visits and repairs from engineers and companies for key pieces of equipment
recording and monitoring equipment to be sent off site for repair
