- minimum 3 years experience as a Private Chef
- menu planning, varied repertoire and wine knowledge
- excellent creativity and style in food presentation
- positive, helpful, and willing attitude
- polite & able to get on well with other staff & family members
- permisssion to Live and & Work in the UK
