Responsibility
- perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, with particular focus on carpentry/ joinery
- conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention
- respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management
- ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring they are safe to use
- assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and appliances as required
- communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements
- proven experience as a Handy Man/ Carpentry or in a similar role is preferred
- strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance tasks
- excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- good physical condition and strength for lifting heavy objects when necessary
