Education

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- teaching certification or ESL certification preferred
- experience teaching English as a Second Language to non-native speakers
- knowledge of second language acquisition theories and methodologies
- familiarity with technology tools for language instruction
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
