Responsibility

  • ensuring the brewhouse and packaging storage areas are clean and tidy
  • cask washing
  • all aspects of packaging, including cask and keg racking, bag-in-boxing and canning
  • assisting the brewing team on brew days with the preparation of equipment and ingredients
  • cleaning equipment as necessary, including ‘mashing-out’ on brew days and cleaning fermenters
  • management of cardboard and other waste for recycling
  • helping prepare orders to go out on the van or for collection by couriers
  • making up pallets for shipment
