carrying out and recording of start of shift briefs and daily safety meetings
carry out fitter duties, when required, to ensure minimum service levels are achieved
ensuring the wellbeing of all relevant personnel, to manage rosters and staff appropriately to ensure correct levels of manning are always achieved, carry management of shift leave and RTW interview and completion of Workday requirements
ensure IDRs, near misses, incidents and accidents are correctly reported as per company processes and ensure support the process for managing and closing these events out
