- create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using software such as Sketchup, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and 3ds Max
- conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather relevant information

Requirements
- proficiency in architectural software such as Sketchup, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, 3ds Max, and CAD
- strong knowledge of building systems, construction methodologies, and materials
- excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- solid understanding of joinery techniques and detailing
- experience with project coordination using tools like NavisWorks
- exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
