Responsibility

  • importing invoices from various operations systems to SAGE
  • following up on customer queries, assisting with query resolution
  • issuing statements twice monthly
  • allocating receipts on a daily basis
  • weekly bank reconciliation
  • updating customer accounts, in accordance with the procedure
  • maintenance of the CASH account, ensuring payments are received upfront and allocated once invoices are raised
  • liaising internally with various departments regarding queries and any other sales ledger matters that may arise

Requirements

  • SAGE: 1 year
  • credit control: 2 years
