Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • due to internal progression, Lombard Shipping have a position for a Class 2 multi-drop driver
  • the role is permanent and based from the Ipswich site
  • salary £12.15 per hour, guaranteed 45 hours per week paid weekly. Meal allowances and driving style bonus payments available
  • you will need to hold a full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement
  • this is an opportunity to join an independent, privately owned and operated logistics business based in Ipswich with depots throughout the UK and Ireland, working as part of our pallet network operation
  • up to date CPC, we offer bi-annual training opportunities
  • multi drop experience, ADR and/or experience and a forklift licence are preferred
  • the role requires applicants to hold the appropriate and valid licence, be capable of performing routine daily checks of their vehicle, have knowledge of driver’s working hours’ regulations and be familiar with vehicle and load safety and safe systems of working
