Responsibility

  • training new team members on food safety procedures, proper use of equipment, and excellent customer service
  • assisting with rotas and scheduling, and managing more junior members of the team
  • overseeing stock ordering and labelling, and some food prep for service
  • the Yolk Cafe are partnering with LOKI POKE, an award-winning independent food business, to bring a new food offering to Bath - and we are looking for an energetic supervisor to join this growing business
  • assisting with ad hoc evening events
  • ensuring that all food production processes are carried out efficiently and according to quality standards
