- understanding of FCPA regulations
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- understanding of AEO/ISO requirements
- minimum seven years related experience required
- understanding of international Trade Regulations
- minimum six years industry experience required
Responsibility
- lead, direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards
- maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client
- develop direct client partnerships and facilitates regular documented meetings – MBR/QBR
- plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives
- being the key focal point for day-to-day operational escalations
- manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints
- drive best practice for operational and customer communications
- responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
