Responsibility
- we are a rapidly growing FCA-regulated fintech company based in Kent, with a strong strategic partnership and an exciting future ahead
- we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, with SMF 16 and 17 responsibilities
- develop, implement and maintain our compliance framework, policies and procedures, including CASS compliance
- monitor and report on our compliance status, identifying and addressing any areas of non-compliance or potential risk
- the ideal candidate will have previous experience in compliance, ideally within a CASS compliance role
- provide guidance and support to other departments to ensure they understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- keep up-to-date with changes to relevant regulations and industry developments, and ensure these are reflected in our compliance framework
- you will also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- proven experience in a compliance role, ideally with CASS compliance experience
- strong knowledge of FCA regulations and industry best practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple priorities effectively
- SMF 16 and 17 responsibility experience is preferred
