- ability to run and monitor multiple improvements at any one time
- A desire to work collaboratively with an open and engaged attitude to learning
- comfortable in speaking to large groups, delivering toolbox talks, briefings, and training sessions
- familiarity in leading Root Cause Investigations
- confident use of IT systems, including Microsoft and MRP/ERP systems

- chair site Quality meetings and encourage active participation and engagement
