Responsibility

  • to minimise theft within retail premises by utilising security resources as applicable
  • to ensure that staff carry out arrests in accordance with ASCONE principles

  • conduct schedules and put onto People Hours
  • to lead, manage and motivate a group of staff, to ensure our clients’ objectives are met. To ensure adherence to all legislative requirements including licensing, health and safety and employment law
  • cover sickness, absence, holidays, and update on People Hours

  • the Loss Prevention role is to support the provision of a safe and secure working and shopping environment, providing a uniformed presence to protect the company assets and to minimize loss at our Buttercrane Newry Store
  • the Loss Prevention role is to support the provision of a safe and secure working and shopping environment, providing a uniformed presence to protect the company assets and to minimize loss at our Craigavon Store
  • an ability to work as part of the store team in all aspects of loss prevention
  • the Loss Prevention role is to support the provision of a safe and secure working and shopping environment, providing a uniformed presence to protect the company assets and to minimize loss at our Omagh Store
  • engage with store management to ensure Loss Prevention standards within stores are adhered to at all times
  • identify any high-risk areas and act as a strong deterrent on the shop floor
