Responsibility
- to ensure compliance with company documentation, policies and procedures. • Where directed by the area manager, undertake tasks to support the area and business within a reasonable travel distance
- to ensure that staff carry out arrests in accordance with ASCONE principles
- attend client meetings where necessary, complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- to work closely with the Area Manager and Head of Operations to enhance the Area standards
- conduct any other tasks as requested by Area Manager
- conduct new starter inductions on various sites across the area and assist the Area Manager with ensuring the Lodge training academy is up to date and staff have completed the relevant courses
