Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity is now available to join the Weddings & Events Team as a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator
- we are looking for a motivated customer focused individual with strong organisation and planning skills
- meet with clients to discuss their wedding/event vision and requirements
- coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding/event planning process
- create detailed timelines and schedules/synopsis for each event
- oversee the setup and execution of the wedding/event day, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- the Lodge on Loch Lomond is a busy 48 bedroom, 4 star venue, which is situated in the popular village of Luss on the banks of Loch Lomond
- handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
Requirements
- previous experience in weddings/conferences and event planning or hospitality industry preferred
- knowledge of catering, banquet, and hotel operations
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- creative problem-solving abilities
