Working hours

Responsibility

  • visit tenants regularly, to provide housing related support
  • managing the lettings and voids process
  • complete a needs assessment and identify clear goals with each tenant to enable them to maintain their tenancy
  • provide general counselling to tenants on avoiding neighbourhood nuisance and being a good neighbour
  • record and monitor tenant visits and contact made, and the outcomes for each tenant supported
  • manage any antisocial behaviour issues in line with good practice requirements
  • liaise with staff on selection and allocation of a suitable property, in accordance with the organisations Allocation Policy, to maintain balanced communities
  • ensure appropriate records are kept as required
