  • able to work quickly on your own or as part of a team
  • porter: 1 year

Responsibility

  • ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware are washed properly, dried and stored correctly
  • maintenance of kitchen area and unit, sweeping/mopping floors, emptying bins when full etc
  • ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order and report any maintenance issues
  • to clean the units and kitchen area, all pots, pans and any other equipment as required and ensure they are stored correctly and neatly
  • ensure the kitchen is kept clean through the working day and is cleaned as per the Cleaning Schedule at the end of every working day
  • assisting in the loading and unloading of Lodge Catering vans when required. On occasions you may be asked to accompany a driver to assist in deliveries
