Responsibility

  • accurate notes to be recorded on Expert Agent and email threads to be ‘copied and pasted’, keeping records at all times of actions taken
  • any task reasonably requested by peers or Management
  • check compliance dates for properties to be advertised for re-let, order EPCs as required
  • take home ‘emergency’ phone on rota basis and monitor emergency maintenance issues reported out of hours to senior colleagues if unable to resolve
  • negotiate deposit deductions with outgoing Tenants fairly and robustly to ensure the best outcome
  • run regular reports on compliance and ensure expiry dates are accurate on Expert Agent
  • deal with insurance claims on behalf of Landlord’s, keeping accurate records and updating Clients throughout the process
