- capability in all aspects of site installation carpentry, rigging, lining and finishing
- managing a team of installation and manufacturing specialists focussing on efficiency, professionalism and performance
- communicate clear and precise instructions to delivery teams
- receive deliveries and account for all materials on site
- supervise and manage the safe operation of all site equipment
- professional qualification in site management and safety is desirable
- review, reflect and report on individual, team and project performance with a view of continuously improving delivery

Responsibility
- install and manage teams to deliver successful projects
- effective supplier management
- reporting to: Operations Manager
- bringing together the full team across projects
- logistics, technical and production
- assisting with project review meetings/debriefs
- coaching and mentoring on site crew and yard crew, keeping them motivated and working efficiently with a positive attitude
- to deliver client orders from start to finish; to time, cost, quality and safety standards
