Responsibility
- for some, a visit to the day centre will be their only day out of the house each week
- to build positive relationships with members using the service, their carers and relatives
- the role is varied and duties are changeable throughout the course of the day
- to plan and deliver meaningful activities and outings that promote physical and mental well-being
- we are currently recruiting a Day Care Support Worker to join our committed team in delivering person-centred support and activities to members using our service
- you must have the ability to prioritize and work flexibly with colleagues to ensure tasks are achieved within required timescales
- to act as escort on the centres minibus ensuring members safety and comfort during journeys
- this is a lovely role within the day centre where you are afforded the time to really get to know our members and their carers and build positive relationships
