Responsibility
- service, diagnose, and repair a variety of boilers and central heating systems from different manufacturers
- perform installations and routine maintenance of Gas, Oil, and Air Source heating systems
- troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for customers
- provide excellent customer service, offering advice and support to clients regarding their heating systems
- maintain accurate records of all work carried out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Requirements
- LPG Gas Certification
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- full UK driving license
- experience in servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing a wide range of boilers and central heating systems from various manufacturers will be highly advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of Air Source systems is a strong asset
