Responsibility
- ensure the efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy to maximize dispensing services, private offerings, over-the-counter sales, and profitability
- ensuring expert care and service is delivered at all times
- uphold our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer care, offering personalized support to every patient
- working with the branch team and using your own intuition, expertise, and experience to deliver high class professional service
- utilize your expert knowledge to recommend and promote our range of health services
- providing expert advice and care to patients
- guarantee that all pharmacy staff adhere to statutory and professional obligations
- actively supporting the development and training of colleagues
Requirements
- hold valid GPhC Registration or be eligible for registration on the date of commencement
- have at least 1 years’ experience in a Community Pharmacy environment or similar
- have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
- have the relevant CPPE training to offer MURs, NMS and Flu vaccines
- qualified Pharmacist: You must be a registered Pharmacist or eligible for registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland
- post-Qualification Experience: Experience working in a community pharmacy setting is highly desirable
- active Involvement: Previous active participation in Pharmacy services initiatives such as Smoking Cessation, Minor Ailments, and Medicines Use Reviews
- eligibility to Work in the UK: Proof of eligibility will be requested
