Responsibility
- construct and install wooden structures such as doors, windows, and furniture
- read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials accurately
- ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality
- collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project completion
- maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- assist in the training of apprentices or junior joiners as required
Education

- ability to read technical drawings and plans with accuracy
- excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting heavy materials
- strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
